These terms describe the use of ndacourse.com, the recorded NDA preparation course and related student services offered under the NDA Course brand. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Course & Certificate Disclaimer and the information provided for your enrolment.
1. Recorded NDA Preparation Course
We currently offer one recorded course for preparation for the National Defence Academy (NDA) written examination. The access plans are different validity options for the same recorded content, rather than different courses or teaching levels.
Every plan includes:
- Complete recorded Mathematics, English and General Studies.
- Downloadable notes, formula sheets and practice questions.
- Topic-wise previous-year questions (PYQs) and online tests.
- Current-affairs updates during active validity.
- Access to corrections and new lectures during active validity.
2. Access Plans & Launch Fees
The following are proposed launch prices in Indian rupees (INR). Confirm the available offer and final payable amount before enrolling.

Only access duration changes. All plans contain the same recorded course and core benefits. Longer validity is useful for continued preparation and revision; it does not provide additional eligibility for an examination.
3. Activation, Validity & Expiry
Your chosen plan provides access for its stated duration from activation. Confirm the activation date and access-expiry date in your enrolment details. Recorded lessons, online tests and course updates are available during active validity.
Access beyond expiry, a renewal, a plan upgrade or a validity extension must be confirmed separately. A longer plan is not a lifetime-access purchase. Keep a copy of your payment and activation confirmation.
4. Personal Study Follow-up & Mentorship
Personal study follow-up and mentorship is priced separately at ₹2,000 per month. It can be taken as an add-on to recorded course access or as a standalone service.
Standalone mentorship does not include recorded course access. Confirm the support schedule, communication method, scope and service period before purchasing. This monthly service fee is separate from the access-plan fee.
Live teaching and individual SSB coaching are separately priced services. They are not included in the recorded access plans or automatically included in mentorship. Contact us to confirm availability, scope and pricing.
5. Enrolment & Account Use
Provide accurate student and contact details when enrolling. Students under 18 should enrol with the informed consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Keep your login credentials confidential; do not share, sell or allow another person to use your account. Report suspected unauthorised access through the Contact page.
6. Payments & Enrolment Confirmation
Confirm your selected validity, offer price, any applicable taxes or charges, and the final payable amount before payment. Only separately agreed services should be added to your recorded-course purchase.
Payment confirmation and course activation are separate steps. If a payment is debited but your access is unavailable, contact us with your student details, transaction reference and payment date. Do not share passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details in an enquiry.
Any instalment arrangement, plan change or additional service must be confirmed in writing before purchase. Future price changes do not change the price of an already confirmed purchase.
7. Cancellation & Refund Enquiries
Request the applicable cancellation and refund policy before payment. These terms do not announce a fixed refund window, course-consumption threshold or blanket no-refund rule for NDA Course.
For a cancellation, duplicate payment, incorrect charge or access-related request, use the Contact page and provide your registered details, selected plan, payment reference and reason for the request. Retain the terms supplied with your enrolment confirmation.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
8. Learning Materials & Acceptable Use
You may use the recorded lessons and study materials for your own NDA preparation. Downloadable notes, formula sheets and practice questions may be saved for personal study. Downloadable notes do not mean that recorded videos are available for download.
Do not copy, record, redistribute, upload, resell or publicly share course videos, paid study materials, question banks or login access without permission. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions, alter test records, impersonate another student or disrupt the platform.
9. Tests, Updates & Technical Support
Online tests and PYQs are preparation resources. A practice-test result is not an official NDA examination result or a guarantee of performance in the actual exam.
Current-affairs updates, corrections and new lectures are accessible during active validity. No fixed update frequency is promised on this page.
You need a compatible device and a reliable internet connection to use the online course. For a playback, login or test problem, contact us with the affected lesson or page, your device/browser details and a description of the issue.
10. NDA Eligibility & Selection
Check the official UPSC notification for your intended examination attempt, including age, education, nationality and other eligibility requirements. Buying any access plan does not establish eligibility or extend NDA age limits.
NDA Course is a private preparation service and is not affiliated with UPSC, the National Defence Academy or the Indian Armed Forces. Enrolment, mentorship and practice-test performance do not guarantee exam qualification, an SSB recommendation, medical fitness or final selection.
11. Certificate Records
A certificate-verification facility on the website does not mean that every recorded-course plan includes a certificate. Confirm any certificate entitlement separately before enrolment.
Any course-related certificate, where separately offered, is not an NDA admission document, government qualification, SSB recommendation or evidence of selection into the Armed Forces. See the Course & Certificate Disclaimer.
12. Privacy & Student Communication
Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and website use. Use your registered contact details when requesting account or enrolment assistance so the relevant record can be identified.
13. Changes & Support
Refer to this page for the current course-access information and retain the terms confirmed for your purchase. Any change to an existing enrolment's price, validity or included services should be communicated clearly to the affected student.
