NDA COURSE · STUDENT PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Information about personal data used for enquiries, recorded course access and separately purchased mentorship.

This policy describes personal information associated with ndacourse.com and services offered under the NDA Course brand. It covers prospective students, enrolled learners, parents or guardians who contact us, and website visitors.

Read this page together with the Terms & Conditions. Providing information for a course enquiry or account does not, by itself, mean that you agree to unrelated promotional messages.

1. Information You Provide

The information involved depends on the service you use. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry, account or enrolment.

Do not include passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details, medical documents or unrelated identity documents in a general enquiry. If you share another person's details, ensure you have authority to do so.

2. Course Access & Service Records

NDA Course offers the same recorded Mathematics, English and General Studies course through access plans of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. Plan, activation and expiry information is used to administer access, including current-affairs updates, corrections and new lectures during active validity.

Personal study follow-up and mentorship is a separately priced service. Information shared for mentorship is used for the agreed support. A standalone mentorship purchase does not automatically create recorded-course access.

3. Student Communication

We use contact details provided for an enquiry, account or enrolment to respond to requests and communicate relevant service information, such as activation, expiry and support updates.

Where promotional communication is offered, your choices should be requested separately where required. You can ask us to stop promotional messages through the Contact page. Important messages relating to an existing purchase or privacy request may still be necessary.

4. Payments

The payment information involved depends on the payment method used for your enrolment. Review the privacy notice of the payment provider shown at the time of payment.

For a payment enquiry, provide the transaction reference and relevant purchase details. Never send an OTP, PIN, password or complete card number through a support form. This policy does not identify a payment processor or claim a particular payment-security certification.

5. Cookies, Sessions & Technical Information

Website and student-portal features may use cookies or similar session technologies to maintain login and enable access. Blocking cookies in your browser can affect functions that depend on them.

Website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and error logs when pages or learning resources are requested. Such information can support website operation, troubleshooting and security.

The use of optional analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools must be disclosed based on the tools actually enabled. Any consent choices required for those tools should be provided before they operate. This policy does not claim that an analytics or advertising service is currently installed.

You can review, block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Third-party services you visit or use may have their own cookie controls.

6. Service Providers & Data Sharing

Providing an online learning service may involve hosting, course-delivery, payment, communication or technical-support providers. Where a provider handles personal information on our behalf, access should be limited to what is needed for the relevant service.

For separately purchased mentorship, the mentor or support professional may need the contact details, study information and messages relevant to that service. Sharing should be limited to the agreed support purpose.

Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a lawful request or to investigate unauthorised access or payment misuse. This policy does not authorise unrelated disclosure of student details to an institution, partner or advertiser.

7. Storage, Retention & Security

Course-access expiry and personal-data deletion are different matters. Account, payment or support records may need to remain after access ends for purchase administration, unresolved requests or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Retention should be limited to the relevant purpose and applicable requirements. You may contact us to ask about records linked to your account or request deletion where applicable. This page does not promise automatic deletion at expiry or a fixed retention period.

Personal information should be protected through appropriate access controls and security measures. No website can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials, use a strong password and report suspected account misuse.

For questions about where information linked to your account is stored or processed, please contact us.

8. Students Under 18

NDA preparation may involve students under 18. A parent or legal guardian should be involved in enrolment and contacted where consent or assistance is needed. Any parental consent and verification required by applicable law must be obtained through the actual enrolment process.

A statement on this page does not replace a consent process. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about information submitted by a child, contact us with the relevant account or enquiry details.

9. Privacy Requests & Preferences

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, or assistance with a privacy complaint.

Use the Contact page to submit a request. State the request clearly and provide your registered contact details so the relevant records can be identified. Limited verification may be needed to protect your account; do not send sensitive documents unless a secure method is specifically requested.

Withdrawal or deletion may affect a service that needs the relevant information. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations or an unresolved matter. Any limitations should be explained in the response. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Certificate Verification & External Links

The website includes certificate-record verification. Where a record exists, verification may display the holder's name and relevant course or certificate details. Do not share a certificate identifier publicly unless you intend others to use it for verification.

The presence of this facility does not mean that every NDA recorded-course plan includes a certificate. See the Course & Certificate Disclaimer.

External websites and independently operated payment or communication services have their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information through them.

11. Policy Updates & Contact

This policy should be updated when the website's actual collection, service providers, tracking tools or privacy procedures change. New uses of personal information should be explained, and consent obtained where required; a policy update alone does not establish consent.

For a privacy question or request, contact NDA Course and mention “Privacy request” in the subject. Include only the details needed to identify your enquiry or account.
